Inês Simas is a natural and functional cuisine chef, author and teacher. She believes in the power of food and in cooking as a tool for a better life.

She is dedicated to teaching and inspiring through several channels - books, television, retreats, showcookings, workshops and cooking classes - always with the aim of bringing health to the plate.

She values real, whole and seasonal ingredients, and explores the functionality of each food. Above all, she believes that eating well allows us to live our best life.

Sunday to Thursday: 08:30 – 15:30 / Friday and Saturday: 08:30 – 17:00
Breakfast: 08:30 – 11:00 / Lunch: 12:00 – 15:30

From Thursday to Sunday, we extend our opening hours until 18:00, inviting you to enjoy a quiet drink in the late afternoon.

Our kitchen favours natural, whole and seasonal ingredients, works with the functionality of each food and respects the body’s balance.

The dishes are naturally free from gluten, lactose, oils and refined sugars, except where indicated. Allergens are listed for each dish.

Where applicable, you may choose ancestral barbela wheat bread, which contains gluten and is slowly fermented with sourdough using a traditional process that makes it lighter and easier to digest.
